Digital subscriptions

EduProd provides digital educational access. Once a paid subscription has been successfully activated and the subscribed learning content becomes available to the learner, the subscription is ordinarily non-cancellable and non-refundable.

When a refund may be considered

A refund may be considered for a verified duplicate payment, a payment received without successful activation of the purchased subscription, an incorrect amount charged because of a technical error, or another payment failure for which EduProd has received the funds but cannot provide the purchased access.

How to request help

Write to support@edunudge.in with the registered email address, payment details and a short description of the issue. We may request additional information required to verify the transaction.

Approved refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be initiated to the original payment method in accordance with the payment provider's processing timelines.

Examination outcomes

Educational subscriptions are not refundable on the basis of examination marks, ranks, attendance, change of study plans or non-use of the platform after access has been activated.
